Brittany Kohl

Brittany has been involved with music from a young age including choir and piano. Growing up in a multicultural environment in Kitsap County exposed her to a wide variety of styles of music in different genres. As her piano developed she participated in multiple ensembles as well as accompanied choirs and musicians with different instruments.She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Her emphasis was in piano performance and piano pedagogy. She continued accompanying and playing with other classical artists. Along the way she developed a taste for Jazz and also received a minor in Jazz piano while participating in three different Jazz ensembles.Brittany started teaching in high school and has been teaching now for 10 years. She has taught all ages of children as well as adults. As long as people are willing to learn, she will always be willing to teach them!
